Every fields still have some complicated and significant
problems, Education same as. Geoffrey Canada is an education reformer, who
focuses on the Harlem Children’s many years. He struggle to break the cycle of
poverty. This talk will reveal this problem and provide his advice.

This talk is very interseting.Gnerally,We think every person has their own personalities.Different personalities decide different thinking methods and behaviors. Additional, different personalities still influence people's careers and life goals.In fact,we cannot judge one's behaviors by their personalites because the personalities of human being are always complicated. The important thing we should focus on is how we think about and what is really important for us. Of course, no matter what kind of personatily you are, you should do wrong things to others in the name of your personality.
